Explore what we offer
I provide individual therapy for adults who are navigating life’s transitions, identity questions, and challenges in relating to themselves and others. Many clients feel caught between honoring family and cultural expectations and asserting their own needs, especially around boundaries, self-expression, and connection. If you struggle with people-pleasing, relational anxiety, or repeatedly finding yourself in stressful relational cycles, I offer a space to explore this with care and clarity.
I am deeply committed to working with BIPOC and marginalized identities, and I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the work. Your cultural context, social positioning, and values are an essential part of therapy—not an afterthought.
I help adults navigate a range of concerns, especially when life’s challenges are tied to relationships and identity, including:
Anxiety and depression that show up in your relationships
Difficulties with boundaries, self-confidence, and self-trust
Complicated family dynamics and cultural expectations
Stress related to life transitions (career, school, roles, relationships)
Grief, loss, and personal growth
Self-love and body neutrality
My goal isn’t just symptom reduction—I want to help you build the confidence and relational awareness that make your life feel more meaningful and connected.
My practice is grounded in interpersonal psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy—we explore how your relational history shows up in your current patterns (including within our relationship). This helps you gain deeper insight into why things feel familiar or stuck.
But insight alone isn’t enough. I also integrate evidence-informed frameworks (CBT, DBT, expressive strategies, and solution-focused care) so that you can apply what you learn in real situations—practicing communication, boundary setting, and self-advocacy in your day-to-day life.
Your identity, culture, and experiences of marginalization are woven into this work; these shape who you are and how you show up in connection. My role is to understand and honor that context while supporting you in building confidence, resilience, and meaningful change.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
